Who bears the return shipping cost?

However, we cover the shipping charges for sending the replacement back to you — with zero cost to you.

If the item received was defective or sent in error, we will reimburse your return shipping costs via bank transfer.
When will my return be processed?

During peak sale seasons, please allow up to 14 working days.
What is your size exchange policy?
